TECHNOLOGY: MODELLING

Computational modelling of human physiology allows us to recreate in-silico the behaviour of living organs, tissues, cells and molecules. Models are then used to interpret clinical data, which is analysed under the lens of the fundamental physical and physiological laws that govern our cardiovascular system. The breath of this multi-scale approach is overwhelming, and CMIB focuses its research on:

  1. Model personalization
  2. Computational methods
  3. Computational atlases
